Terms of Service
Last updated: June 2026
1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using SORE ("Secure Operational Real-time Enterprise") platform and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into these terms on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these terms.
2. Service Description
SORE provides an enterprise WhatsApp automation platform that enables organizations to connect their internal business systems — including Active Directory, ERP, monitoring systems, and dashboards — through the official WhatsApp Business Platform.
The platform is designed for on-premise deployment within customer infrastructure using Docker, OpenShift, Kubernetes, or virtual machine environments.
3. Customer-Owned Infrastructure
SORE is deployed on infrastructure owned, managed, and controlled by the customer.
Supported deployment methods include Docker, OpenShift, Kubernetes, and virtual machines.
All customer business data remains within the customer's environment at all times.
4. Customer Responsibilities
As the SORE platform is deployed on customer infrastructure, the customer is responsible for:
- Infrastructure Security: Maintaining the security, availability, and integrity of the hosting environment, including network security, access controls, and system updates.
- Backup and Recovery: Implementing and managing backup strategies, disaster recovery plans, and data retention policies for all data stored within their infrastructure.
- Access Management: Controlling and managing user access to the SORE platform and connected business systems.
- Compliance: Ensuring their use of the platform complies with all applicable laws and regulations, including data protection laws.
5. WhatsApp Business Platform
SORE integrates exclusively with the official WhatsApp Business Platform provided by Meta. We do not use:
- Unofficial WhatsApp APIs
- WhatsApp Web automation or scraping
- Modified or reverse-engineered WhatsApp clients
Customers must comply with Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform terms and policies when using the SORE platform.
6. Intellectual Property
SORE retains all intellectual property rights to the SORE platform software, including its source code, documentation, and design. The customer is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform in accordance with the terms of their service agreement. Customer data and business logic configurations remain the sole property of the customer.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
- SORE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform.
- SORE's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the services in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
- SORE is not liable for data loss, security breaches, or downtime resulting from issues within the customer's infrastructure environment.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the service agreement in accordance with the terms specified in the applicable service contract. Upon termination, the customer retains full ownership and access to all their data, as it resides on their own infrastructure. SORE will provide reasonable assistance for platform decommissioning upon request.
9. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through the courts of the Republic of Indonesia, unless otherwise agreed in writing by both parties.
10. Changes to Terms
SORE reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated to customers through appropriate channels. Continued use of the platform after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
